A checklist, not advice. This tool looks for words in the text you paste and lists which content rules it finds. It cannot judge whether your controls are safe or whether your SWMS meets the law. It is not legal or safety advice. Check your state regulator's guidance before you rely on any SWMS. Your text stays in your browser and is not sent anywhere. Independent site, not run by any regulator.

Which law applies in Queensland

Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (Qld). Regulator: WorkSafe Queensland.

This is the model WHS law. Section 291 lists high risk construction work, section 299 sets the SWMS content rules (identify the work; hazards and risks; control measures; how controls are implemented, monitored and reviewed; circumstances at the workplace; readable by users), section 299(4) adds a rule for falls over 2 m where only administrative controls or PPE are used, and section 300 requires work to stop if the SWMS is not followed. We read these on legislation.qld.gov.au.
